Our customization process involves several key steps to ensure we meet your specific performance needs:
- Consultation: We start with a detailed consultation to understand your riding style, goals, and any specific requirements you may have. Our team assesses your current setup to determine the best custom package to achieve your goals. We will discuss options for vapor honing, porting, custom cylinder sleeving, powercoating, or any additional machine work.
- Design and Component Selection: Based on the consultation, we create a tailored build plan outlining the modifications and enhancements needed for your motor. We select premium components that align with your performance goals, including pistons, cylinders, etc.
- Ship Your Motor: Ship us your motor. Please drain all fluids and clean before shipping (additional charges will apply to dirty motors). A small cooler is recommended for shipping.
- Assembly: Our skilled technicians meticulously assemble the motor to your build plan ensuring every motor is put together with precision and care.
- Delivery: We ship your motor back along with recommendations for break-in, fuel use, and jetting to ensure you're ready to take on the track!
